Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor shipments, deliveries (FTL/LTL/FCL/LCL) using TMS.
- Identify delays, disruptions, or potential risks in the transport management and take corrective actions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues such as delays, missing shipments, and system errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with transporters, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
- Maintain updated documentation and SOPs for Monitoring and Controlling operations.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Identify and suggest improvements in processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Position Requirements:
- Energetic, Self-motivated, Positive Attitude, Organized.
- Minimum qualification - Diploma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in Transport and logistics sector.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer Literate including knowledge of MS Office Applications
- Prior experience in TMS is added advantage.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, work under pressure and collaborate as a good team player.
