Junior Pastry Cook

Shishi Izakaya Lounge Bali is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about pastry arts and eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries and desserts

• Ensure all pastry items are prepared in accordance with recipes and presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section at all times

• Support the Pastry Chef and team in daily kitchen operations

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pastry or bakery position (internship experience will be considered)

• Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Strong attention to detail and creativity

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure

• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
