JUNIOR SOMMELIER

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English;

2. Social skills in order to approach guests/customers;

3. Experience at least 1-2years working as a wine sommelier or involved in the wine program for fine casual restaurants or related;

4. Wine enthusiast;

5. Have good knowledge about wine process and most important wine appellations, different styles of wines and wine pairing;

6. Good presence and confidence;

7. Organized and responsible with work duties; and

8. Placement in Badung, Bali.

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible to improve wine sales and reach target monthly revenue;

2. In Charge for daily basis training in order to dealing and closing the customer and increase promotions of the brand;

3. Weekly training to Staff for basic knowledge.
