HSE OFFICER (BANJARMASIN)

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HSE management
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Certification in HSE is preferred
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin

Responsibility

1. Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures to all the ships that belong to Rimau Group
2. Identify and assess potential hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate risks
3. Conduct safety training and awareness programs for crews and employees
4. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards
5. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions
6. Develop and maintain emergency response plans
7. Maintain records and prepare reports on HSE performance and compliance
8. Conduct regular inspections and audits to en sure workplace safety and adherence to regulations.
