Get to Know the Role

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) - FMCG to join our team. You will be a balanced blend of hunter and farmer—you will drive new business opportunities while maximizing revenue from existing clients. You are a strong salesperson at heart, able to open doors, pitch creatively, and also build long-term relationships grounded in trust and performance.

Youll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Rewards, Payments, Food, Enterprise & business development to package compelling solutions & identify new client opportunities. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing advertisers positive results. You will report to the Manager, and will work fully on-site at our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Revenue Ownership: Exceed revenue targets from FMCG clients through new business development, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Business Development: Identify and close new brand opportunities to grow the FMCG vertical.
  • Account Growth: Serve as the main contact for key accounts, building strong relationships and creating tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from briefing to post-campaign analysis, collaborating with internal teams (marketing, ops, product, and analytics).
  • Market Analysis: Monitor account performance and market trends, delivering actionable insights to clients in regular business reviews.
