Knitting Production Supervisor

About the role

As a Knitting Production Supervisor at PT. ATEJA TRITUNGGAL, you will play a key role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the weaving production lines. This full-time position is based in Bandung, West Java, and involves managing a team of weaving operators to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery of products.

What youll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the weaving production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets

• Monitoring and optimising the performance of weaving machines and equipment to maximise efficiency

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality

• Maintaining detailed production records and generating reports for management

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Knitting production supervisory role within the manufacturing or textile industry

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacture Engineering

• Min. GPA 3.00

• Strong technical knowledge of Knitting machines, processes and quality control procedures

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders
