KOL & Community Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer and community engagement strategies that align with the brands objectives.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant KOLs and influencers for campaigns, collaborations, and events.

  • Build and maintain long-term, authentic relationships with KOL and community leaders.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with brand goals.

  • Coordinate influencer involvement in marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, PR, content, social media) to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Work with legal and finance teams to manage contracts and ensure compliance with budget and terms.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, PR, community engagement, or talent management.

  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with influencers and online communities.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to align influencer content with brand strategy.

  • Detail-oriented with an understanding of influencer contracts and campaign logistics.
