KOL Specialist Intern

Job Description:

1. Assist in identifying potential KOLs and influencers who align with the brands values and target demographics.

2. Help coordinate KOL campaign including scheduling content posts, tracking deliverables, and ensuring influencers adhere to campaign timelines.

3. Review KOL content submissions, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and message consistency before the KOL Specialists final review.

4. Track and gather campaign performance data (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) for ongoing influencer collaborations

5. Communicate with KOLs for basic queries and confirmations, ensuring seamless support and collaboration throughout each campaign

Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with a strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry with no classes to attend to.

2. Familiarity with KOL or influencer marketing from prior internship experience is an advantage, especially within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effectively managing campaign elements.

4. Strong communication skills for clear, professional interaction with influencers and team members.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets, Docs) for documentation and reporting.

6. Available for a full WFO arrangement at our Head Office in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan
