Livestream Supervisor

Qualification:

• Min Diploma Broadcasting or Communication or related

• Have experiences at least 2 years as Live Streaming Operation

• Preferred experience from company brand who do live stream commercial

• Have skills, such as broadcasting, live streaming commercial

Job Description:

• Responsible for top creators performances from all affiliate executives.Oversee day-to-day live streaming operations across platforms (especially TikTok & Shopee).

• Plan and manage live streaming schedules, ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery.

• Coordinate with host talents, brand teams, and content teams to align live sessions with marketing and sales goals.

• Utilize, monitor, analyze, and give recommendation to live stream pricing strategy, including the cart strategy when start and during live streaming based on real time performance.

• Monitor and analyze live stream performance (GMV, ERR, CTR, CTOR, Watch Time, GPM, Etc.), and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

• Train and supervise a team of live streaming hosts and operators to optimize on-camera performance and product storytelling.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling live show formats, product scripts, and visual assets.

• Ensure technical readiness of studio equipment, including lighting, audio, camera, and streaming software.

• Troubleshoot real-time technical or operational issues during live shows to ensure smooth broadcast experience.

• Stay up to date with platform trends and competitor live strategies to innovate and improve internal formats.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the brands product portfolio and ensure accurate product communication during live sessions.
