Logistic Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers/customers for order management

  • Prepare and handle import/export documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO, etc.)

  • Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery

  • Support sales or procurement processes as needed

  • Maintain records and ensure data accuracy in internal systems

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and other stakeholders

  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to trading activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Management Transport, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related to the position

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a trading company or relevant industry

  • Familiar with trading terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and shipping processes

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email communication

  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork
