Logistic SPV (Mandarin Speaker)

What youll be doing

• Handle the end-to-end process of international purchasing, from request to delivery.

• Act as the main liaison between the company and overseas vendors, especially from China.

• Search, evaluate, and analyze potential vendors and suppliers to select the best based on quality, pricing, and reliability.

• Ensure all purchased goods meet the specifications and requirements provided by internal users or departments.

• Manage communication and negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Willing to travel abroad for vendor visits, factory audits, or trade exhibitions.

What were looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a logistic supervisor or similar role, preferably in the Manufacture, Transports & Logistik industry

• Excellent command of Mandarin and proficiency in English, both written and verbal (MANDATORY)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions

• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational excellence

• Familiarity with sanitary and plumbing products

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
