About the role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Staff to join our team at PT Miura Indonesia in Surabaya, East Java. As a Maintenance Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our industrial machinery and equipment. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our company.

What youll be doing

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various machines and industrial equipment at the customer site

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with machinery, and implementing timely and effective repairs

  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime

  • Ensuring a safe and organised work environment by adhering to all relevant safety protocols

What were looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably within the manufacturing

  • Strong practical knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, and maintenance procedures

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

  • Having SIO Operator Boiler
