Job Opportunity - Marketing AI Specialist (Bali Placement)

Job Overview:

Pondok Lensa is on a transformation journey to be the most professional and humane-oriented rental company in Indonesia for all its customers and employees. We are currently looking for a highly committed and creative candidate for Marketing AI Specialist position, for an immediate placement in Bali Headquarter (Full-Time Position).

Role Descriptions:

To lead the adoption and application of AI tools in marketing activities, drive content creation efficiency, enhance digital marketing performance, and support integration of AI technologies into the companys IT systems.

Job Responsibilities:

I. Marketing - AI-Driven Strategy & Execution (Approx. 70%)

1. Content Creation & Optimization

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to create and optimize marketing content (blogs, social media posts, infographics, ads, videos, etc.)

• Develop content calendars and generate ideas based on trend analysis and SEO/SEM tools.

• Automate and personalize email campaigns and newsletters using AI-powered platforms (e.g., Mailchimp with AI plugins).

2. SEO & Performance Marketing

• Analyze and improve SEO performance using AI-enhanced platforms (SurferSEO, etc.).

• Assist in running Google Ads/Facebook/Instagram campaigns with AI-based targeting and optimization tools.

• A/B test creative and copy using AI recommendations and adjust campaigns accordingly.

3. Market & Consumer Insight

• Use AI tools to gather, segment, and analyze customer data (using platforms like Google Analytics with GA4, etc).

• Generate insights on customer behavior, campaign performance, and competitor strategies using AI-based tools.

4. Marketing Automation

• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows.

• Evaluate and deploy AI chatbots for lead generation and customer support on digital platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, website).

5. Brand Strategy Support

• Use AI to monitor brand sentiment and reputation.

• Propose data-driven improvements to positioning, tone of voice, and digital presence.

II. IT - AI Integration & Support (Approx. 30%)

6. AI Technology Adoption

• Collaborate with IT to research and recommend AI tools for internal operations (e.g., AI chatbots, document summarizers, internal knowledge bots).

7. AI Tools Training & Documentation

• Create internal documentation and tutorials for employees to use selected AI tools effectively.

• Lead workshops or training sessions for other departments to increase company-wide AI literacy.

8. Data & Privacy Compliance

• Work with IT to ensure that AI implementations in marketing follow company data privacy policies and comply with regulations.

• Other general supports to Human Resources, Management, and Operations as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or data analytics (can be entry-mid level if capable with AI tools).

• Familiar with AI-based marketing platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.).

• Comfortable working across functions (Marketing and IT).

• Strong creative writing and content design skills.

• Technical familiarity with data, APIs, automation tools is a plus.

• Proactive, self-driven, and willing to be a pioneer in a new role.

• Full time position, office hours (Monday - Friday)

• Willingness to standby on weekend/national holiday or outside office hours if needed

• Placement immediately in Bali (Seminyak area) and ability to travel when necessary.
