Marketing Assistant (Legrand Singapore)

Role Summary

Working closely with the Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist in Indonesia, the incumbent is responsible for activities that support the marketing team operation as below:

• Product Certifications

• Marketing inventory management

• Marketing related documentation and websites

• Marketing Email account handling

• Product quality control (Solution)

• Product registrations (Singapore Enterprise/ IMDA/ SGBC)

• Pricing upload in SAP

• Product launch, ensure quantity, propose pricing, requirements certification, etc

Role Responsibilities

• Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities.

• Define product compliance standards, follow up with renewal associated with product launch/ maintenance/ cancellation.

• Support and provide right information when local certification processes are required.

• Ensure all marketing items are sufficient and perform order when necessary.

• Purchase Request/ Order/ Sample Requisition Forms. Update spreadsheets, databases & inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.

• In charge of a general email account of Legrand Singapore and perform regular reply or delegation.

• Support sales team for product quality concern and liaise with production team accordingly.

• Ensure different product lines are registered with the various required authority in Singapore.

• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.

Role Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing with 1 to 2 years experience in marketing or fresh graduates are welcome

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

• Exquisite communication and people skills

• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.

• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.

• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
