Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Communications Officer located in Surabaya. The Marketing Communications Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to promote the companys brand, products, and services. This role involves creating compelling content, managing media and PR activities, supporting internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• - Develop content plans and content distribution schedules.
• - Create social media content in the form of photos, videos, graphic designs, and copywriting.
• - Manage and optimise various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• - Collaborate with internal teams to execute content and campaign strategies.

• Bachelors degree in Branding, Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut.
• Experienced in photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital and social media trends.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Experience working in a creative agency is a plus.
