Marketing In House Property

About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our group company as a Marketing In House Property. Based in Bandung, West Java, you will be responsible for driving the marketing and sales of the companys residential properties to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What youll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the companys property portfolio

• Generating leads and converting them into sales through targeted outreach and relationship building

• Conducting property viewings and presenting the unique features and benefits to potential buyers

• Collaborating with banks

• Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales and marketing activities

What were looking for

• Proven track record in residential property sales or marketing, ideally within the real estate & property industry at minimum 3 years experience.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals with customers

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase properties

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market data and optimise marketing strategies

• Familiarity with the residential sales landscape and regulations in Indonesia

• Passion for the real estate industry and a drive to exceed sales targets
