• Searching for new individual customers through creative and effective methods.

• Finding potential customers in the form of institutions or schools through creative and effective methods.

• Maintaining the customer database.

• Following up and establishing good relationships with both potential and existing customers.

• Conducting benchmarking with similar clinics and providing input to clinic owners to help increase revenue.

• Collaborating in teams or independently for mutual progress.

• Visiting existing and upcoming branches for market analysis.

• Creating a marketing plan report every 3 months and providing progress reports on actions taken.

• Developing creative and innovative marketing strategies to attract customer purchasing power.

• Preparing cooperation proposals for potential customers.

• Maintaining the ongoing outreach/cooperation activities.

• Being responsible for customer engagement in every cooperation and promotion being run.

• Being accountable for achieving the sales/revenue targets for all branches (Mall Ciputra Jakarta, AEON JGC Cakung, Mall Ciputra Cibubur) every month.

• Willing to be placed in all areas of Happy Dental
