Marketing Officer (Ads)

Were on the lookout for a creative and detail-driven Marketing Officer to support our day-to-day marketing operations in the fast-paced world of advertising. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about branding, promotion, and meaningful market engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and development of promotional materials (digital & offline)
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and advertising-related events
• Conduct market and competitor research to guide campaign strategies
• Manage and update prospect databases for leads and potential clients
• Handle initial communication and outreach to prospective partners or clients
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, accounts) to ensure alignment in execution

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
• Experience in advertising, media agency, or creative industry is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, engaging marketing content
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing trends

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)
• Basic data analysis or reporting skills (e.g., using Google Analytics)
• Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to campaigns or pitches
