Tenant Relation Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Tenant Relation Team Leader to manage and resolve tenant complaints, maintain positive relationships with tenants, and provide clear and accurate information regarding apartment building matters. This role also requires supervising a team to ensure excellent tenant services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve all tenant complaints in a timely and effective manner

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Provide accurate information and assistance to tenants regarding apartment facilities, policies, and services

• Lead and coordinate the tenant relations team to deliver high-quality service

• Monitor tenant feedback and propose improvements to enhance tenant experience

• Collaborate with building management and other departments for problem resolution and service coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in any major

• At least 2 years of experience in tenant relations within apartment or property management, including team leadership experience

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities

• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
