Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Process Management:

- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for goods and services.

- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

2. Vendor Management:

- Conduct vendor evaluations and performance reviews.

3. Cost Optimization:

- Review contracts, terms, and pricing to achieve cost savings.

- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.

5. Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Resolve issues related to delays, quality, or discrepancies in orders.

6.Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare procurement reports, including cost analysis and supplier performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Management, or a related field

- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,)
