Digital Marketing
Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) tailored to local markets.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive engagement and sales.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
Maintain and update Google My Business listings and respond to online reviews.
Offline / In-Store Marketing
Plan and coordinate physical marketing efforts such as flyers, posters, signage, and packaging design.
Develop local promotions and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Ramadan specials, Aussie public holidays).
Work with restaurant managers to implement store-level activations and events.
Brand & Communication
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Work with designers and photographers to create visual content that reflects our identity.
Develop promotional calendars for both markets based on key dates and business goals
Qualification
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sector is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing social media, campaigns, and offline promotions.
