MARKETING STAFF

Job Requirements:

1.     Bachelor Degree from all major. Preferably in Marketing

2.     Able to Speak English proficiently is a must. Able to speak Mandarin is a plus. Confident in speaking with internal teams and external clients or vendors

3.     Competency in Ms. Office

4.     Good analythical thinking, proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative without constant supervision

5.     Strong organizational and time management skills

6.     Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus

Job Description :

1.     Communicate with clients and shippers and resolve any complaints.

2.     Manage and oversee end-to-end customer order processing

3.     Coordinate with PPIC, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

4.     Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure product quality standards are met prior to shipment

5.     Assist in preparing order documents and related reports

6.     Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order status or delivery.
