 Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the tourism industry - MICE

• Should expert in handling & managing large-scale events, incentives & group series

• Proven experience in a leadership role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Passion for team development and employee engagement.

• Should be based in Bali only
