Operation Auditor

About the role

PT Harsa Gita Internasional is seeking an experienced Operation Auditor to join our team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As an Operation Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the companys operations adhere to internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall success and strategic direction of the organization.

What youll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive audits of the companys operations, including reviewing financial records, operational processes, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen internal controls

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions

• Documenting audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in detailed reports

• Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices

• Providing guidance and support to operational teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures

• Participating in the development and implementation of audit-related policies and procedures

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit or operational auditing, preferably in the F&B industry

• Strong understanding of {Audit - Internal} principles, practices, and techniques

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues

• Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and presenting findings to various stakeholders

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

• Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent is preferred

• Can join ASAP and willing to be located in West Jakarta
