Operation Lead

PT Caraka Indo Jasa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented “Operation Lead” for Batam area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in foreign worker documentation, government relations, and operational-level leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.

• Analyse branch performance, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management and Head Office.

• Experience in Immigration and Ministry of Manpower document handling.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure internal procedures and policies remain aligned with government requirements.

• Manage planning, scheduling, and email correspondence related to expatriate and travel documentation matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing foreign worker documentation

• Multitasking with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in handling operational reporting and process optimization.

• Minimum Diploma Degree any major.

• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Obedient, motivated, problem solving and time management skills.

• Good in English communication and writing.
