Job Requirements:-Able to work independently and as part of a team-Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills-Knowledge of legal requirements, and a solid understanding of HM Customs and Immigration procedures-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint-Willing to work outside regular business hours-Minimum 2 years of working experience as an operations staff in a Shipping Agency, specifically handling bulk carriers-Fresh graduates or those without prior shipping experience are also welcome to apply — we value attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to growth

⚓ Job Responsibilities:-Ensure proper berthing arrangements for incoming vessels-Coordinate pilotage and tugboat services-Prepare documentation for customs and port authorities-Arrange for fresh water, provisions, medical assistance, and vessel repairs-Communicate instructions to and from the shipowners-Manage logistics for cargo handling and transportation-Coordinate with stevedores, shippers, and receivers-Collect freights and cargo-Assist with insurance claims, inspections, and survey arrangements in case of cargo or vessel damage
