OPERATION STAFF (UNDER HR TEAM)

岗位要求/ Job Requirements ：

1.男女不限，35岁以下，大学本科以上学历，熟练操作office办公软件。Male or female, under 40 years old, Bachelor degree or above, proficient in operating office software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc ).

2.工作地点为雅加达 。Working position in Jakarta.

3.有中文、英文和印尼文交流能力（口语和书面）。Proficient in Mandarin, English and Indonesian (oral and written)

4.具备一定的报告编写能力。Possess a certain ability to write reports.

5.责任心强、积极细致、主动勤快、能吃苦耐劳。Strong sense of responsibility, active and detail, proactive and diligent, and hard worker.

6.具备良好的沟通技巧和协调能力，以及较强的谈判能力。Have a good communication & coordination skill, and strong negotiation skills.

7.具有较强的逻辑思维和分析能力，可以对人事数据进行分析。Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to analyse HR data.
