Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data, forecast targets, and monitor retail KPIs

  • Supervise store layout, openings, closures, and renovations

  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards

  • Conduct routine store visits and audits for operational excellence

  • Coach and develop store teams to improve performance

  • Drive sales strategies, promos, and local marketing initiatives

  • Monitor inventory flow to avoid overstock or stockouts

  • Improve efficiency in scheduling, stock management, and loss prevention

  • Prepare and review reports: GPM, commissions, sales, and promotional performance

  • Maintain excellent customer relationship management (CRM) practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years experience in retail operations or sales supervision

  • Background in retail chains or merchandise preferred

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Willing to travel and oversee multiple store locations

  • Fluent in English and effective communication skills

  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented

  • Physically fit and ready for frequent store visits

  • High integrity and strong customer focus
