Job Description
  • Responsible to provide business reports, analysis of company performance, and strategic business plan to top level management
  • Prepare, review and Inform key decision makers through trend analysis of new business sales, manpower, and distribution channels
  • Gather, synthesize, and visualize data through building data dashboard and collaborate with several departments to have better understanding of data
  • Create multiple data dashboards to support regular business reports, market research, and monitoring
  • Support on Regulatory Reporting (Business Plan, Realization, Etc.)
  • Involve in Group Reporting/ Ongoing Projects/ AdHoc Reports
Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong financial analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Having experience in FP&A from general insurance / banking company is preferable
  • Have experience in budgeting / business plan process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
  • Having knowledge in IFRS 17 and project management is preferable
