Senior Brand Manager Personal Care
Job Description:
Plan, develop and monitoring implementation brands strategies aligned with business objective
Define brands positioning, value proposition and messaging across all channel
Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events, etc.)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing tactics for maximum ROI
Coordination with product development, sales, and customer insights teams to ensure brands consistency and alignment across departments
Plan and monitoring brands marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Ensure that all brand-related activities, including advertising, public relations, and social media, adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image
Monitoring KPIs such as brand awareness, market share, engagement, and conversion metrics
Manage product launches, line extensions, and phase-outs in collaboration with product and innovation teams
Requirement:
Min. 10 years working experience as Brand Manager / Min. 2 years working experience as Sr. Brand category Manager preferable from FMCG industry
Experience handle category brand in personal care will be an advantage
Strong analytical thinking, communication and leadership skill
Experience for Brands management strategies and monitoring implementation
Experience handle Brand marketing budgets
Data driven decision maker with a passion for consumer behavior
