• Prepare and send price quotations to customers based on their requests.

• Coordinate product deliveries and ensure schedules are met accurately.

• Manage product orders to suppliers to maintain stock availability.

• Receive and process customer orders through various communication channels.

• Handle incoming chats regarding product inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions to customers.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or Business Administration.

• 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.

• Detail-oriented and organized in managing sales orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.

• Basic understanding of commercial vehicle spare parts to accurately support the sales team with product information.

• Proficient in using CRM systems and inventory management tools to track orders, stock, and customer data.

• Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

• Able to multitask and manage priorities to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
