Job DescriptionPrepare and send price quotations to customers based on their requests.
Coordinate product deliveries and ensure schedules are met accurately.
Manage product orders to suppliers to maintain stock availability.
Receive and process customer orders through various communication channels.
Handle incoming chats regarding product inquiries, providing accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or Business Administration.
1-3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
Detail-oriented and organized in managing sales orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
Basic understanding of commercial vehicle spare parts to accurately support the sales team with product information.
Proficient in using CRM systems and inventory management tools to track orders, stock, and customer data.
Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Able to multitask and manage priorities to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
