We are seeking a proactive and organised Operational Administration Staff to join the team at PT KENCANA GRAHA OPTIMA in Jakarta. What were looking for
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within the Property Management/High End Property industry.
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Accounting, Financial Management, Banking, Economic.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed
