Job Description:A fast-growing health and wellness company specializing in herbal and traditional health products is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to drive process efficiency and support business growth through modernized operational practices.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and implement effective SOPs.
• Translate strategic direction from leadership into actionable plans.
• Lead and support teams across production, logistics, and customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure operational cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and HR for integrated execution.
• Manage inventory, materials, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
• Provide regular operational reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in any field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in operations, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or health & beauty industry.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Good proficiency in English
