Operational restaurant manager
Papa Lees is a famous Taiwanese restaurant group located in the heart of Bali. We are looking for an experienced operational manager.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate operations across all 4 restaurant locations
Ensure consistency in quality, service, and brand standards
Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships
Support and train restaurant managers and team leads
Analyze operational performance and implement improvements
Develop and manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting
Collaborate with ownership on strategy and growth planning
5+ years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and operational efficiency
Deep understanding of restaurant operations, FOH/BOH coordination, and guest service
Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, inventory management, and reporting tools
Flexible schedule and willingness to be on-site across all locations
