Operational restaurant manager

Papa Lees is a famous Taiwanese restaurant group located in the heart of Bali. We are looking for an experienced operational manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate operations across all 4 restaurant locations

  • Ensure consistency in quality, service, and brand standards

  • Monitor inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships

  • Support and train restaurant managers and team leads

  • Analyze operational performance and implement improvements

  • Develop and manage budgets, payroll, and financial reporting

  • Collaborate with ownership on strategy and growth planning

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and operational efficiency

  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, FOH/BOH coordination, and guest service

  • Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, inventory management, and reporting tools

  • Flexible schedule and willingness to be on-site across all locations
