OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR - FORWARDING LOGISTICS

• Supervise and manage day-to-day export & import operations (sea & air freight).

• Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, warehouses, and customs clearance teams.

• Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently, timely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.

• Monitor team performance and provide operational guidance to staff.

• Handle customer inquiries related to shipments and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting to management.

• Assist in the development and improvement of SOPs for operational excellence.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in operational roles within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

• Strong understanding of export-import processes, shipping documents, and customs clearance.

• Proven leadership experience or exposure in leading a small operational team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

• Proficient in using logistics-related systems and tools.
