Your responsibilities will include:1. Accurately inputting shipment data into Cargo Wise for various modes (Ocean Freight, Airfreight, Domestic, and Local Handling - Export/Import).2. Preparing IPA/CBPV from vendors and coordinating payments with the Finance team.3. Issuing invoices for customers, agents, and internal offices, compiling necessary documents, and sending invoices via email upon receipt of E-Faktur from the Tax Team.4. Arranging hardcopy invoice delivery to customers via courier/messenger, in coordination with Finance.5. Maintaining ISO document filing, updating shared folders for new inquiries, and checking weekly reports from Finance.6. Communicating and corresponding with customers regarding shipment activities and checking rates with vendors.7. Attending on-site for project supervision and preparing daily activity reports.

Qualifications:1. Proven experience in operation clearance and billing (Export/Import).2. Familiarity with data systems and strong computer proficiency.3. Understanding of Export/Import and Clearance processes (Clearance knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).4. Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
