Outbound Supply Chain Manager

Job Description:

• Monitor, control and coordinate with 3rd party logistic vendors on inbound and outbound process in the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods with minimum cost.

• Monitor Warehouse Through put KPI of each SBU on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to manage the availability and delivery of goods to warehouses and stores

• Monitor the delivery performance to stores and control its cost, recommend alternatives to reduce costs and maintain quality whenever possible

• Monitor order process by SBU for e-commerce; liaise with related parties whenever there is a problem

• Monitor all transporters KPI daily, weekly and monthly to ensure all goods delivered within the targeted time

• Monitor Transport System for delivery tracking and improving delivery performance

• Set up preparation and implementation for new brands of E-commerce in the warehouse

• Prepare for new brand or new Project implementation

Requirement:

• Min. 7 years experience in supply chain management and managerial level

• Preferably in the retail industry

• Good leadership and management skills

• Experience in handling new set up business for SCM area

• Good analytical and critical thinking

• strong conceptual thinking and initiate improvement
