1. Acceptance of goods 1.1 Conduct inspection of goods from the goods sender in the form: the number and type of goods accordingly PO and internal document, quality and expiry date and completeness of administrative documents applicable and the suitability of principal criteria, not limited only to the receipt of the principal, STO, returns 1.2 Hand over the receipt of goods from the shippers (drivers, office administrators, sellers, etc.) 1.3 Checking items received in accordance with returns & SRB documents 1.4 Place the return item at the designated location 1.5 Sorting in good goods and damaged goods within 1x24 hours 1.6 Fill out the stock card according to the warehouse layout and stock update updates to be submitted to the admin warehouse 1.7 Submit the admissions document to the Warehouse admin for Goods Receive within the same day 2. Spending of goods 2.1 Conduct inspection of goods out to the sender of goods in accordance with the DO 2.2 Expenditures by FIFO (based on the date of receipt of the goods) 2.3 Supervise and count the loading process 2.4 Hand over the goods to the shipper (driver, office administrator, seller, etc.) 2.5 Updating stock cards and stock mutation updates to be submitted to the admin warehouse 2.6 Ensure goods are only out of warehouses according to documents and SAP 2.7 Submit the document to the Warehouse admin for the Goods Issue process 3. Inventory 3.1 Checking the number of items according to the stock card and Pallet ID every day after loading and unloading process 3.2 Doing the laying of goods according to the layout / code specified 4. Stock Opname: 4.1 Damaged Goods: every weekend Make LPBR filings every week and annihilate each burning day 4.2 Goods: at the beginning of every month
