People Development Associate
We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented People Development Associate with a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR Business Partnering (HRBP). This role will focus on leading recruitment efforts while also playing a key role in employee relations and HR initiatives. You will work closely with Direct Managers, Hiring Managers, and employees to ensure a seamless hiring process and contribute to HR strategies that enhance business growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling employment issues, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring efficiency and quality hires.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Direct Managers, Hiring Managers, and employees, aligning hiring goals with business needs.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and Google Sheets to track, analyze, and optimize recruitment performance.
- Provide data-driven insights on hiring trends, candidate pipelines, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted HRBP partner, addressing employee relations issues, managing workplace concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement HR improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and manage a small recruitment team if needed, ensuring operational excellence in the hiring process.
- Handle employment issues, provide solutions to workplace challenges, and proactively ensure a healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (TA), HRBP, or Generalist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and employment relations.
- Experience using ATS platforms and managing recruitment data with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with leadership and hiring teams.
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is required.
- Data-oriented mindset, able to provide insights and reports to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, strategic, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle employment issues and provide HRBP support alongside hiring efforts.
