Performance Marketer
Key Responsibilities:
● Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, implement, and manage high-performing digital advertising campaign across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with a clear focus on achieving lead generation an e-commerce sales targets.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to inform campaign strategies.
Collaborate with the Design & Developer Department to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Manage campaign budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to optimize ROI and meet predefined KPIs.
● Technical Proficiency & Analytics:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Expertly set up, configure, and analyze data in GA4 to track user behavior, campaign performance, and identify areas for optimization.
Google Tag Manager (GTM): Proficiently implement and manage tags, triggers, and variables in GTM for accurate tracking of conversions, events, and other key website interactions.
Google Ads (Technicalities): Strong understanding of advanced Google Ads features, including remarketing lists, audience targeting, bid strategies, and campaign structuring for both lead generation and e-commerce.
Meta Ads (Technicalities): Expertise in Meta Pixel implementation, custom conversions, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and troubleshooting pixel issues to ensure accurate data tracking and campaign optimization.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data daily, identify trends, draw actionable insights, and provide comprehensive daily reports on key metrics, progress towards goals, and strategic recommendations.
● Optimization & Growth:
Daily monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance through A/B testing, audience refinement, bid adjustments, and creative refreshing.
Identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency, including exploring emerging platforms and technologies.
Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure landing page optimization and seamless user journeys.
● Critical Thinking & Communication:
Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex data, solve problems proactively, and make data-backed decisions.
Provide clear, concise, and insightful daily reports that highlight performance, key learnings, and actionable recommendations.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders regarding campaign performance, challenges, and opportunities.
English Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for daily reporting, internal collaboration, and potential client interactions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience up to 5+ years as a Performance Marketer or similar role, with a strong track record of success in driving leads and e-commerce sales.
Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads (Leads & E-commerce campaigns) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for advanced tracking and reporting.
Proficiency in Meta Pixel implementation, troubleshooting, and leveraging its capabilities for campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a critical thinker who thrives on problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
