Job Responsibilities- Facility Management - Oversee and maintain facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Business Development - Identify and implement improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning - Develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Operational Efficiency - Ensure optimal performance of facility systems, including maintenance, security, and space management.
- Maintenance Operations - Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems, coordinating repairs and upgrades.
- Budget & Cost Control - Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize facility expenditures.
- Health & Safety Compliance - Implement safety protocols, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct risk assessments.
- Project Management - Oversee renovations, expansions, and facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Vendor & Contract Management - Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality services from vendors and service providers.
- Reporting & Analysis - Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance trends, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of facility systems, maintenance, and space management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in multinational companies or the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the local business environment in Bali.
- Must be based in Bali.
