Marketing & Event Officer

BWork provides a community-driven coworking environment tailored to global digital nomads who aim to be productive, network with like-minded professionals, and grow personally and professionally.BLive combines workspace, accommodation, and leisure experiences in one platform, focusing on physical and mental well-being, global connectivity, and comfort.

We are also preparing to launch a Sports Community Center and a healing resort, expanding our ecosystem of experiences in Bali.

• Drive BWork Balis branding visibility and awareness

• Execute online & offline marketing strategies

• Plan and organize events, programs, and community activities

• Manage external publications and internal communication with members

• Supervise Coworking Host for daily operations and event support

• Work with vendors and partners for design, IT, PR, and marketing

• Assist Operations Manager in daily operations and customer satisfaction

• Handle marketing budgeting and reporting

• Min. 2 years of experience in marketing, events, or hospitality

• Experience in coworking or related fields

• Strong communication (English & Bahasa) and leadership skills

• Organized, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Hospitality industry experience is a plus

• High sense of urgency and strong interpersonal skills

• Diploma or High School Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business

• Experience working in multinational company

• Familiarity with Balis business and creative environment

• Bali based is a plus
