About the Role:

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, youll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM integration to drive qualified leads and maximize ROI. Youll play a critical role in building scalable lead generation systems, maintaining clean tracking and tagging, and improving funnel performance through smart strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
• Build and manage marketing automations and follow-up workflows
• Ensure accurate lead tagging, segmentation, and CRM syncing across all platforms
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align messaging and targeting
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including lead quality, CPA, and funnel performance
• Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimize for performance
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, targeting, and creatives
• Implement UTM tracking, set up dashboards, and maintain data integrity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Strong experience in CRM (HubSpot or similar) and automation tools
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and UTM setup
• Deep understanding of lead funnels, buyer journeys, and digital conversion strategies
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in reporting and optimization
• Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa and Chinese are a plus
• Self-starter with a performance-driven and detail-oriented approach
