Personal Assistant to Director (Mandarin Speaker)
What youll be doing
Reporting to Director and performing secretarial duties
Processing reimbursement, such travel, payment vendor, and seattlement Director
Processing, typing, editing, formatting reports and documents
Aranging & scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests on behalf of the Director
What were looking for
Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Secretary, Law, or Communication
Minimum 1 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a similar role, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
