Pre-Sales (Enterprise Computing)

Currently, were looking for a Pre-Sales for Enterprise Computing products.

Responsibilities:

• Verifying Key Selling Point (KSP) for marketing material.
• Identifying customers needs and providing recommended solution.
• Conducting product benchmarking (including product testing) to support product KSP.
• Delivering product knowledge training to channel partners and product update to end-customers.
• Preparing products for PoC (Proof of Concept) to ensure the result meet the customer expectation.
• Conducting product compatibility testing documentation to comply with government regulation (LTA).
• Supporting companys events which require product demo i.e. Media Hands On, Media Gathering, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer, or Engineering science
• Minimum 5 years experience as Pre-Sales  in IT or Electronic/Consumer Electronics industry for IT/Electronic industry
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure hardware including rack servers, storage, and network switches.
• Ability to install Windows Server OS and Ubuntu OS on rack servers.
• Ability to install VMware vSphere on rack servers.
• Ability to install HCI software VMWare VSAN or Nutanix or Proxmox on rack servers.
• Ability to install Kubernetes (K8S) open source software.
• Familiarity with AI software such as Nvidia "AI Enterprise", CUDA, Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM models such as OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Attentive to detail
• Able to offer solution based on clients needs
