We are currently seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team and help us inspire young minds.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging lessons that support childrens academic, social, and emotional development.- Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.- Observe and document childrens progress to ensure they meet developmental milestones.- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their childs growth and learning journey.- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a dynamic and supportive learning community.- Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and equipped for fun and exploration.

Requirements - Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.- Educational background in Early Childhood Education or Psychology.- A passion for working with young children and an understanding of their developmental needs.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with - children, parents, and colleagues.- Creativity, patience, and a nurturing personality.- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
