Pricing Staff

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

2. Good understanding of export-import procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.

3. Familiar with freight rate structures for air, sea, and land transport.

4. Able to analyze shipping line and airline quotations, as well as pricing from global agents.

5. Strong data management and administrative skills.

6. Proficient in English (written and verbal), especially for email communication and coordination with overseas agents.

7. Detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of working under tight deadlines.

8. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams (sales, operations) and external partners.

1. Managing Pricing to support Sales Division.

2. Searching the competitive rate for Air or Ocean Freight.

3. Quick in respond by emails or phone calls with affirmative and accurate information in polite business manner, and provide quotation for Sales.

4. Excellent in searching for vendor trucking, Carrier, Airline, Shipping liner and Co-loader also strong negotiation skill to get best scheme rate and easy to book space.

5. Good analyzing to get good GP (Gross Profit) margin by accurate and detail in calculate buying and selling rate.

6. Meeting with Vendor, Carrier, Airlines, and Shipping liner to establish a good business relationship to get privilege rate or space.

7. Create reports as Superior or Management needs.

8. Become a good liaison between Sales and Operation to arrange shipment and good communication with Overseas partners to offer the rate or fulfill any inquiry to proceed export/import shipment by Air or Ocean Freight.

9. Help Sales to send Quotation to Customers if needed.
