Product Designer Staff

Role Description

• Develop creative concepts for eyewear collections, including frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Design glasses that blend form and function, ensuring they are stylish, durable, and comfortable.
• Work on sketches, CAD models, and prototypes to bring design concepts to life.
• Explore new materials and design techniques to innovate within the eyewear market.
• Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure that designs are executed correctly and meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer experience teams to gather feedback on the design and improve user satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure the product meets design and production specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with eyewear design trends, fashion, and technological innovations in the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally within the fashion or eyewear industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing designs, from initial concepts to final products.
• Proficiency in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of what makes a design both functional and beautiful.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, trends, and design approaches.
