VN13784Product ManagerID-Jakarta We are looking for a dynamic team member who is passionate about a sales role to grow our cybersecurity business. The Product Manager is responsible for the ongoing success of one of the following product lines. The product manager oversees all components of its product or third-party integrations throughout the entire product lifecycle - from inception to retirement.

This includes defining and executing a strategy to maximize value and competitive marketing positioning while ensuring profitability. Achieve the revenue and GP target.

• Build strategic relationships with relevant vendors staff and the senior management team.

Co-visit with the partners sales representative to sell the solution to the end-users.

• Identify and develop new channels or new accounts to achieve product growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations following the Service Level Agreement.
• Manage the partner incentive programs.
• Analyze and forecast sales and business activities regularly.
• Prepare and distribute reports on a timely basis.
• Perform any other project or duties as assigned.
• Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Have at least 2 years of working experience in Product Management or related experience in the networking, security, or unified communication solutions industry.
• Have effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all levels of staff
• Be meticulous, pay attention to detail, and follow up
• Work well within a team environment
• Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with a good attitude
