Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily furniture production activities to ensure timely and quality output.

• Manage and coordinate the production team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

• Ensure adherence to production schedules and resolve any issues or delays that arise.

• Collaborate with design, project, and logistics teams to align production goals with project requirements.

• Optimise production processes and workflows for improved efficiency and reduced waste.

• Implement quality control procedures to uphold product standards and reduce defects.

• Train and develop team members to improve skills and promote continuous improvement.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure reliable quality, delivery, and long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing or related production roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• In-depth knowledge of furniture production processes, materials, and machinery.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.

• Familiarity with CAD drawings and technical specifications.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to be based in Jepara.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
